We will schedule the collection of the package together and we will send the courier.

From the refund of the returned item you will be deducted:

€4.00 (if your address is in Campania)

€6.00 ​​(if your address is in the rest of Italy)

equal to the value of the shipping service used to make your order.

Alternatively, if you don't want to use our shipping service , you can send the package back yourself no later than 7 days from the delivery date.

​As soon as the package arrives at the office, a refund equal to the value of the returned items will be issued.

All shipping costs are non-refundable

Items purchased on offer and discounted are not refundable.

The refunded amount will be automatically credited back to the card used to purchase the order no later than 24 hours after the package arrives in store.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

The shipping cost is:

€4.00 for Campania

€6.00 ​​for the rest of Italy (islands included).

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?

Our packages are delivered within 24/48 working hours , ( 48/72 hours for the islands).

Your package will be shipped the next business day after placing your order.

All orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be shipped on Tuesday.

Runway assumes no responsibility for any delays due to transport but we will still try to assist you and urge the carriers to allow you to receive your package as soon as possible.

CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Yes, once the shipment has been completed you will receive an email containing the link to track your order.
